New Wedding Sim Now Open Too!

Our brand new Wedding Fantasies sim, Immortal is now open! We've moved all the relevant items from our other sims, over to this one which should make finding things for you much easier in the future as Nirvana continues to expand! The island has been designed for you to fly around with ease and see everything you are looking for nice and quickly. We have tons of items for you to choose from, from wedding decorations, balloon displays, food & drink, champagne, candles, clothes, wedding furniture and loads more including, of course, our huge range of prim wedding flowers right next door.

My next project (does it ever end?!) is now to clean up the Fauna sim and give it, its new identity....so watch out for ongoing progress there - we will have a few new product lines to come in the future too but you'll have to wait and see what they are ;-)

New Winter Sim Open!

Thanks to everyone for the huge amount of interest we've had in the new sims - I'm pleased to say that Winterland Fantasies on the Frostbite sim, is now open for business! Featuring all of our winter flora and fauna, Christmas decorations and our usual range of old and new eclectic designs, we hope you enjoy wandering round it! Make sure you click play on your land music to really join in the Christmas spirit and listen to our very own seasonal music stream!

White Gardenias & Sim Designs!

The first of the new sims - Frostbite - is coming along nicely and I hope to be able to open it soon. You'll find all the old favourites, such as the Snow Palace, decorations and winter trees, plants & flowers on here, along with a bunch of new goodies for you to add to your winter land!

I also have a new release for you - this lovely, white gardenia, copy/mod as always and just waiting for you on the Flora sim. This was made because of a customer request, so let me know what the plants and flowers you really would like to see on Nirvana and I'll do my best to add them for you as time allows!

It Never Rains but it Pours!

Following my sudden burst of enthusiasm to re-design the Fauna sim (while still building Insanity), the ball kept rolling and somehow it seems we have ended up with two more new sims to add to the Nirvana family group - Immortal and Frostbite. You will be able to view these both from either side of the Flora and Fauna sims and they will be open to public access as soon as possible so watch out for them soon!

New Sim Designs

Well, today has just been one of those mad days. I sometimes wonder if I thrive on stress! While building the new Insanity sim I decided to wander over and take stock of our other sim layouts...and decided to totally redesign Fauna at the same time. I think it will be a very worthwhile project and will improve the flow of the land and the ease of use when it comes to finding things for you all.....however I do wonder about my own sanity sometimes...someone shoot me, please!

New Cherry Blossom Tree & Strawberry Plants

Two more new goodies to brighten up your land and add that Summertime feeling. Our brand new Cherry Blossom Tree with its gorgeous pink foliage, available in mod/copy and mod/trans...and this mouthwatering strawberry plant from our kitchen garden range, which is mod/copy. These new items can all be found on the Flora sim.

New Forest Landscape Trees

These new range of trees have been especially created to give you a large choice of mix 'n match options to create your very own forest. Made from a mixture of sculpties and various textures/colours, each tree is somewhat different while blending together at the same time so you can buy with confidence. They are available in both mod/copy and mod/trans options.

Tuesday's Musings - Cheap Copies

I see yet another well known creator is having problems recently with someone ripping off her ideas..not using copybot or any cheat script, simply taking an idea that someone else has thought of - and remaking it. Having been through this myself many times now (and still suffering it, all mainly due to one sad person who appears incapable of having any ideas of her own), I wonder what people's thoughts are on this. It's a controversial topic with varying opinions and many fine lines that can be crossed. I think there should be a clear difference for example, between someone making a tree (not easy to claim that idea as your own!), and someone making a tree that looks pretty damn identical to yours - or maybe using unique shapes or ideas that you have spent a good deal of time working on...it's not easy.Some people will simply claim (some with a good amount of viciousness that surprises me), its a free market and it's really no different than the cheap foreign goods that find their way into stores in bulk. Other's would say sure..but does that make it right? I think the sad thing about this situation is that SL has/had such great potential for design and creativity for anyone with any imagination at all - and this is slowly draining away as people simply lose the will to spend their time and effort making designs that they know will be copied almost as soon as they are on sale..and they can't do a thing about it. The streets of SL are not paved with gold as the media has allowed people to believe and I do blame this thoughtless press game for a lot of the rip-off merchants that have come here, realised you actually have to work bloody hard to make money here - and so decided to just take ideas and designs from other people, make some money and then vanish...only to start up under a new alt a couple of weeks later. I wonder....should these people be named and shamed? Should I, for example, start a section showing everyone just what people have copied from me? Then again maybe that will just give these people publicity...ah well, guess its never a subject that will have a happy ending - thoughts welcome if you feel like adding your own thoughts to this subject.

New Products & Updates

Over on our Insanity sim (with our brand new tropical build-in-progress), the land is starting to shape up nicely - as are the products sold on there. We have a number of new offerings for you - a large dark tree covered in creeper vines and hanging moss......a willow grass plant and an experiment in offering you different plant permissions.
